Job Description: 

JOB PURPOSE

Sr. Project Manager plays a key role in translating business objectives into actionable project plans, driving execution and delivering results that support Haboob long term vision and operational success. this job holder is responsible for defining project scope, timelines, resource and stakeholder while fostering collaboration and ensuring high quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Interaction and Relationship Management
  • Ensure client satisfaction, addressing concerns, and managing expectations in collaboration with project managers Review the preparation and delivery of weekly project status reports to clients, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established reporting standards, in collaboration with project managers and technical teams
  • Ensure the timely and professional delivery of technical deliverables to clients, in accordance with project plans and contractual agreements
  • Follow-up with clients regarding project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring transparency and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure that client expectations are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle and are aligned with project objectives, scope, and deliverables, in collaboration with project managers and technical teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations, fostering trust, collaboration, and long-term partnerships

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Experience     
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience  
Education and Certifications     
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
